BRAMWELL HIGH SCHOOL CLASS '51 MEMORIES

Barbara Esther Cordier, passed September 14, 2020 at St. Leonard of natural causes. She was born July 28, 1933 in Freeman, WV and moved to Dayton in 1951 after graduating from Bramwell High School, Class 1951. Barbara worked at AT&T, was an LPN, NCR then hired at Delco Moraine where she worked as a Job Setter. She retired from Delco in 1990. Barbara and her late husband, Earl Cordier, were married in 1963. They were active members of the Xenia Old Timers Club for many years. Barbara was also preceded in death by her parents, Joseph C. and Verna Mae (Wiseman) Forlines, sisters, Edna Jo Heindl, Lena Schelcher, June Eaton, Marge Burks, Pat McAlpin, Dolly Forlines-Labriola-Murphy, Eleanor Dinsmore and brothers, Joe C., Don R., David J. and Burt F. Forlines.

CORDIER, Earl E. age 93, of Dayton, passed away Mon., Dec. 27, 2004 at Kettering Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Barbara; 1 daughter Marilyn Jean Bouslog of CA; 3 grandsons Thomas (Karen) and Timothy (Karen) Bouslog both of CA and Jon (Charmayne) Bouslog of PA; 4 great-grandchildren Courtney, Ashley, Brittany and Trevor and numerous nieces and nephews including special nieces Jane Young and Joyce Cordier. Earl was a retired tool and die maker from N.C.R. with 35 years of service, a veteran of the U.S. Navy during W.W.II and a member of the Greene Co./Clifton Old Timers Club and of Far Hills Lodge #784, F&AM. Funeral services 10 A.M., Fri., Dec. 31, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rev. Peter Courlas officiating. Interment Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation will be Thursday (TODAY) from 6 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Masonic Lodge service 7:30 P.M. Thursday followed by Old Timers service both at the funeral home. Memorial contributions, if so desired, maybe made to Hospice of Dayton or Shriner's Burn Unit in Earl's memory.
