A Southern West Virginia Pioneer School
| This photograph of the Coaldale Mountain School was taken in the late 1930s or early 40s. Louise (Tabor) Hill on the right of the photograph presently lives in Bluewell, WV. Many of the local miner's children attended Coaldale School during the first half of the 20th century.
