Memories - BHS Class '51 Alumni

While Ward Cole and his wife Betty were vacationing in Vancover, BC in June 2002,
Shirley Jarrett and Dewey joined them after driving from Idaho. Featured above are Shirley
and Ward enjoying the magnificant view from atop Grouse Mt. ( north of Vancouver, BC ).

Below, Ward smiles at Shirley and Dewey from across the breakfast table at the fabulous
Delta Pinnacle Hotel in Vancouver, BC. How many people would be fortunate enough to have
a former BHS classmate make that long drive from Idaho to meet a fellow classmate and his wife,
crossing a international border? Shirley and Dewey stayed at the Delta Pinnacle Hotel and also acted
as tour guide for a good part of the next day before continuing their trip to Seattle and nearby areas.
