BRAMWELL HIGH SCHOOL CLASS '44

IN MEMORY OF HILDA HELENE "HONEY" HILL JOHNSON

ROANOKE, Va. — Hilda Helene "Honey" Hill Johnson of Roanoke passed away on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006. Born August 17, 1928 at Coopers, W.V., the daughter of Wiley McMillon and Mary Blanche Williamson Hill. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, a member and Past Matron of Williamson Road Chapter No. 119 O.E.S. and retired from Miller and Rhoads. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband, E.B. Johnson Jr.

Surviving are her son, E.B. Johnson III and wife Annelle of McLean, Va.; grandchildren, Benjamin Trent Johnson and Ellen Banks Johnson; sisters, Mrs. Hattie Rigney of Moneta, Va., and Mrs. Dorothy James and brother Hampton D. Hill of Bluewell; also a sister-in-law, Mrs. Virginia E. Hill of Bluefield; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Eugene Jones officiating. Entombment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel on today from 6 to 8 p.m.
The family suggests memorials be made to Grace United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 5763, Roanoke, VA 24012 or to the American Cancer Society.

Our fallen classmates still live in our hearts and memories. They shared the dreams of all of us. Their departure may separate us physically but not spiritually.
