Janice Riggs Hume - daughter of Mildred (Buster) Bailey passed away on Saturday April 8, 2017of a heart attack. Janice was 74 and lived in Prescott, Arizona with her husband, Ed. They had two children, Elizabeth and Matthew. Janice's mother, Mildred Bailey lives Indiana as well as her brothers Marshall, Darrell and sister Diane. Jancie's sister, Debbie lives in Tallahassee, Florida.
