BRAMWELL — Jonathan David Miller, 8, of Box 1306, Bramwell, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia. Mr. Miller was born on August 23, 1950 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late William T.J. Miller, Sr. and Billie Mercedes Hart Miller.
Mr. Miller was a graduate of Bluefield Sate College where he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, member of the USS Yeager Chapter Starfleet and a staff member of the Rising Star Convention. He was also a member of the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter Day Saints in Bluefield, Virginia. He was an employee of Echo Star as a computer programmer.
Survivors include: Two brothers: William T.J. Miller, Jr. of Bramwell, West Virginia, Jeffery Lind Miller of Iron Station, North Carolina; three sisters: Amber Hart of Dublin, Virginia, Belinda Eans of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Patricia Pedersen of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia. Burial will follow at the Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia. Friends and family may call at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia on Thursday, December 18, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be members of the Bramwell Volunteer Fire Department.
