US Chief Police Bramwell, West Virginia Badge. This badge was worn by Charlie Bell, Chief of Police of Bramwell, WV from 1910 to 1918. Charlie Bell was a brother to George Washington Bell. Charlie is buried in the Bell Family Cemetery at Shinbrier. |
