IRalph Carner -BHS Class '39

Ralph Carner was a 1939 graduate of Bramwell High School. He was raised in Goodwill, WV and was featured in a article written about Goodwill in the Bluefield Daily Telegraph by Samantha Perry in 1996. His is also in this Web site's photograph of the 1939 BHS graduating class.
