While in the Air Force, James Lawrence Dowdy was stationed at Offutt Air Base in Omaha, Nebraska.   He married a local there and remained at Omaha except for a short period back in Bramwell.

Funeral services were held on Monday at 11:00 AM, Mar. 12, 2018. at the Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home Omaha, Nebraska.

Classmates, Tho you have gone……. We remember you still! You have crossed the mountain, And now rest beyond the hill! Memories of you now pass our way On this, our Class Reunion Day!
