Company Store and Office of Louisville Coal and Coke Company, Goodwill, Mercer County, W. VA.

The photograph shows the company store and offices of the Louisville Coal and Coke Company. This was the first of two company stores in Goodwill, WV, ca. 1887 - 1892. This store was destroyed by fire in the 1930s. The second store closed in 1958 and was taken down over the next two years.
