Lora Jane Bailey (July 27, 1902 - Aug. 7, 1997) was the wife of Cletus E. Bailey ( 1902 - 1949). They lived on Sinai Mountain, Goodwill, WV where they raised 10 children.

Lora lived to be 95 years old. Born in North Carolina on 27 Jul 1902 to Charles Aaron Duncan and Mary Ann Belvins. She passed away on 7 Aug 1997 in Bluefield, Mercer, West Virginia. Her husband, Celtus died at the age of 47. They are buried in the Bailey Cemetery on Sinai Mountain, Goodwill, WV.

Lora was admired and loved for her work in the local community and church.
