Bramwell's Historic District Tour Information

Bramwell offers self-guided walking tours and pre-arranged group tours as well as Spring and Christmas tours of the Town's Historic Homes. Around the turn of the 20th century, some 14 millionaire coal barons lived in this Historic Town of beautiful Victorian and Tudor mansions.

Historic Bramwell Coal Baron Mansion Tours:

The 2009 Christmas Tour of Homes will be in December.  It is ALWAYS the second Saturday in Dec...which is Dec. 12, 2009.  5:00 pm  Admission $15 Contact Betty Goins:  304  248-8381

In general Historic Bramwell's Coal Baron Mansions toursare held in Spring and at Christmas ( 2nd Saturday in May at 2 pm and 2nd Saturday in December at 5 pm ). Bramwell is located off Rt. 52, eight miles North of Bluefield, WV. Sponsor: Bramwell Theater Corporation.

Bramwell Spring Homes Tour

Description: Bramwell's self-guided (walking) spring homes tour is usually held at 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Meeting place at the Bramwell Presbyterian Church located in the heart of Bramwell. Phone Betty Goins: 304-248-8381 for information. Reservations are not required.
